My relationship with Reva as a therapist and facilitator spans approximately 25 years. I have found her to be brilliant, quick on her feet, deeply intuitive, and wholesomely alive. This latest iteration with Reva as a coach of the Sedona Method is no exception. My experiences in releasing have been numerous and occasionally life transformative. Most importantly, it works. If you want to let go of what keeps you clinging to the past and dreaming about the future, this method of grounding you in the present moment is a good bet.

I was in my early forties and suffering from uterine fibroids. My mother had had them around the same age and, per that era, resolved the problem with a hysterectomy. I was determined to not follow the same path. When my blood loss reached a level requiring a transfusion, I opted for a fibroidectomy. This less invasive procedure gave me twelve months of relief before the offending growth returned. I was offered ablation or hysterectomy.

Enter Reva Seybolt. I forget how the subject was initially broached, but as a friend, I likely confided my troubles. Reva offered her services and suggested I book a session. Admittedly, I was skeptical. I did not see how energy work could heal what I considered to be a purely physical condition. My curious nature though, and trust in my friend, saw me in the door of her office the next Thursday morning.

I won’t go into the details of that session, but I can say, if non-invasive was what I wanted, non-invasive was what I received. I remember her only gently holding my feet, while talking me through what she was connecting with energetically. I left the office feeling thankful for the experience, but not hopeful for a resolution. After all, the fibroids had never even come up in conversation, so I thought surely a second appointment would be necessary. Except that it wasn’t. Four days later my body naturally passed the offending tissues and I have been fibroid-free for over twenty years.

Reva had directed her unique blend of intuitive, interpersonal skills at the cause of my condition, not the symptom. She gave my body the direction and the tools, to permanently heal itself. The only thing I am more grateful for in my life, than that gift, is the gift of her friendship.

Reva is the extraordinary energy healer and coach who changed my life in the late 1990s, by opening me up to a multidimensional world view, especially to the many realms of spirit.

As a healer and a coach, Reva reads energy and deeply respects boundaries. She’s masterful at creating a safe space; and she’s done her own work so she is totally there for you. She volunteered to be a major support to me as I shift levels to step into the Great Mysteries.

In a coach I look for psychological salvation, physical energy, techniques to use as needed to find strength for my journey. I am an award-winning writer but I find it hard to put Reva’s gifts adequately into words.

Reva has a rare and indefinable gift from the universe that connects her to other humans with what I describe as “magic,” for lack of better words. Formerly, I was “treated” (or “mistreated”) by a destructive Yale Ph.D. psychologist for seven years, and then by a gifted older eclectic social worker/psychotherapist for 12 years until she died. During those 12 years I met Reva and learned of her energy work and began to explore working with her.

I have worked with Reva various times over the years, always seeking her gifts of insight to my body-mind-spirit and ways of incorporating techniques for daily living. I suffer PTSD from childhood abuse and traumas. Reva provided me a way through the PTSD and its physical debilitation from its emotional burden. Most recently, as a widow suffering from PTSD due to the sudden death of my beloved husband, I was dying, lacking support and without ways of dealing with this traumatic transition from widow to self alone. I am feeling stronger, more able to face this last part of my life and my writing which is my passion is flowing.

When I first met with Reva I knew I needed help but was not really sure what that meant. She came highly recommended by someone I love and respect. So I made an appointment. That was the best thing I could have done and continue to do. I was the only obstacle that would have prevented me from working with Reva. I had to open myself up to the realization that I was worth the time and effort it would take to be where I needed and wanted to be in my life.

My biggest challenge (there were a few) before working with Reva was not knowing why I was so afraid to commit completely to my partner of more than five years. I was not able to process my feelings, thoughts and emotions around it until she helped me uncover the most traumatic experience of my life.

She then continued to work with me for many months in a wonderfully safe, comforting environment while giving me the guidance, tools and confidence to face the trauma, to work through it and come out on the other side a much healthier, happier and stronger person.
